Accomplished chef and Master Teacher David Contant has spearheaded ICDE presence in Romania. Originally trained in France, David has worked with some of the best chefs around the world, and settled in Bucharest. In Romania, he passionately promotes the transmission of knowledge to the next generation of chefs, as well as local, seasonal products through his farm in Contesti (Dambovita).
Featuring a professionally-equipped kitchen lab with individual workstations, and a large amphitheater for teaching theory classes and cooking demonstrations, ICDE offers a quality learning environment for aspiring chefs in Bucharest.
